Class helpers
We encourage our Senior students to help with our Junior dance classes.
The option to be a helper in a Junior jazz or ballet class with Central Scotland Ballet School, is open to all students aged 14+. They help supervise in class and often work with small groups to practice new steps. Many use the experience as part of their Duke of Edinburgh Award for 'Service'. Class helpers are a valuable part of our team.
Work experience programme
We also offer week-long work placements. The experience is very popular and we have had many high-school students from across Falkirk and West Lothian who are keen to be dancers, dance teachers or just work with children.
