Diane Dagger BSc (Hons), BATD

Diane Dagger is our specialist acrobatics teacher and also teaches ballet and tap.

Diane is an Associate member of the British Association of Teachers of Dancing and specialises in Acrobatics and Tap.

A former member of Falkirk Children’s Theatre and Youth Theatre and pupil with Central Scotland Ballet School, she has taught with us since 1997.  During her training with CSBS, she performed with the European Ballet, trained with Ballet West on their Aspiring Professionals programme and gained her Grade 8 Award from the Royal Academy of Dance.  She was awarded honours for her teaching certificate from the British Association of Teachers of Dance for tap and acrobatics with the Vena Kelly School of Dance. 

She gained a first class honours degree in Immunology and Microbiology in 2000, followed by a PGCE in Biology, and now teaches Biology and Dance in a local High School. She has also worked with Falkirk School of Gymnastics as a choreographer. Diane has choreographed for a number of musical theatre productionas and often covers a wide range of classes in ballet, jazz and tap.

Diane has 2 young daughters, who are following in her dancing footsteps.
