Congratulations for ballet exam success!

We had 165 candidates in the Winter session of RAD ballet exams and everyone passed with great marks!

Excellent RAD Ballet exam results

Overall we had 79 candidates gain Merit, 41 gain Distinction, and 43 gain their Class Award, (there were also 2 absentees). Overall, the standard has risen since last session with teachers working even harder to help students reach their full potential. Many of the Merit grades were only 2-3 points away from a Distinction! 

We have a special mention for the students who gained over 80% for their Distinctions:

• Primary Grade: Elsa Murphy-Heeley 87%, Heidi Russell 86%, Rachel Higgins 81% 
• Grade 1: Jill Russell 90%, Sienna Brown 82%
• Grade 3: Ailish Ogilvie 84%, April Beattie 82%, Iana Phillips 83%
• Grade 6: Sarah Leslie 82%

Congratulations to the 10 students who gained their first Vocational level exam, Intermediate Foundation, with 5 high Merits and 5 Distinctions.

If you have not yet received your ballet exam results, please contact us! The certificates, reports and medals should arrive mid-January and will be distributed in class time. Tap exam results are also due in mid-January. Well done everyone!
