Fairy-Princess Party

Fairy-Princess Party

A fairy-princess party and sponsored bounce (on a magic castle of course!) for our junior students was held on Saturday 4 April at the Rosebery Halls (South Queensferry).

Raising funds

The event was held to raise funds for this year's dance display "Happy Feet" which will be held from 31 June-2 July at the MacRobert Arts Centre (Stirling).  The little princesses danced with Fairy Amanda, completed their sponsored bounce, had their face or hands painted, had their nails painted, watched REAL fairies dancing and also received balloon models, juice and a princess party bag! Phew!  Fifty-four children took part and raised over £1000.

The 'real' fairies were danced by Grade 8 students Hazel Kirkwood and Karla Brookes.  Fairy Suzanne and Fairy Hayley both helped out through the day and Mrs Clark raised £64 on the raffle.
