Fame! in Edinburgh

Edinburgh's Playhouse Theatre was home to a talented young cast for a Stage Experience production of "Fame!". One hundred and thirty aspiring young performers aged 10-19 rehearsed intensively for 2 weeks before staging the hit musical on the Playhouse stage.

Joining the cast as chorus members and dancers were CSBS students Andrew Coleman, Kristina Lowe and Christina McCall. They were picked from hundreds of hopefuls at auditions for coveted places in the cast. Rowan Hall starred as 'Serena' and stunned audiences with her flawless acting and excellent singing. Rowan attends classes at our South Queensferry branch as well as training in Musical Theatre with MGA.

Youth Music Theatre ran an intensive summer school at the MacRobert Arts Centre for talented young performers. Many of our students successfully auditioned for the company... Well done to Emma Buckie, Nichole Cook, Caitlin Frickleton, Brooke Lipski, Dayna Lipski, Paige Lipski, Alex Soto and Rosie Walker.

Lead role

A special well done to Adele Cook who starred as 'Mrs Wilkinson' in the production. Adele has performed in many shows across Scotland and even danced in Disneyland Paris and onboard 2 cruise ships!
