Winter exam results 2023

We are delighted to have received the results from our Winter exam session much quicker than usual… with a great set of results to report! We are proud to have had yet another 100% pass rate across the various dance styles.

IDTA Exams and Awards

Forty-three little dancers gained Rosettes in both National dance and tap, while 46 mids level students gained Star Dance Awards in Jazz and Acrobatics. We also had 8 students sitting graded tap exams at Grades 2 and 4, gaining 5 Merits and 3 Distinctions overall. Well done to everyone, especially those gaining their Distinction:

• Grade 2: Aysha Pollock 85%; Zoe Arnott 86%

• Grade 4: Holly Paton 87%

We were surprised to receive the trophies, certificates and reports so promptly and be able to present them in class at the start of the new year.

RAD Ballet Exams and Awards

We had a busy schedule of graded ballet exams as well as students sitting their Solo Performance Awards. Overall they gained a total of 11 Merit, 21 High Merit, 18 Distinction, and 3 High Distinctions. What an achievement! A special congratulations to the students who passed their Vocational exams and also to those who gained over 80% in their results:

• Grade 3 SPA: Charlie Fleming 88%

• Grade 4 SPA: Freya Jones 82%; Georgia Rosenfeld 81%

• Grade 4: Heidi Russell 91%

• Advanced Foundation: Jill Russell 86%

We hope to receive the medals, certificates and reports in the next few weeks.
