Mrs Jacqueline Clark RAD RTS

Mrs Jacqueline Clark is the Founder, Director, and Principal of Central Scotland Ballet School.
Jacqueline completed her professional dance training at the prestigious Bush Davies School in London, passing Advanced exams in all disciplines and winning many awards including the Marjorie Davies Tap award. On completing her training, she worked as a professional dancer on both stage and television. She performed alongside some the country's most well known entertainers, including Jimmy Logan, and with the Manhattan Dancers.
After a break from dance to raise her two young daughters, Jacqueline began teaching at a local ballet school and soon established Central Scotland Ballet School. Initially, the school had only 20 students of various ages but has since grown to 4 main branches with around 1000 students from preschool to adults. It is now recognised as one of the leading part-time ballet schools in Central Scotland with students achieving outstanding success in exams and auditions.
Teacher, choreographer, fundraiser...
Jacqueline takes an active lead in teaching ballet in the school. In addition to annual dance displays, Jacqueline has worked as choreographer on musical shows including, “Bugsy Malone” and “Oliver”. Jacqueline has been recognised for the charitable fundraising she has done through the school’s annual displays and has presented cheques personally to Princess Anne. She was invited as an Honorary guest to a celebrity Gala in London by the charity “Children with Leukaemia” and the STV Appeal. She has also received a Community Arts Award for her own work in dance, and for the success of CSBS.
