Performance in RNLI Queensferry Open Day

Performance in RNLI Queensferry Open Day

Central Scotland Ballet School are delighted to provide entertainment for the fundraising RNLI Queensferry Open Day.

We have been supporting this charitable fundraising event for nearly 20 years and it is a highlight of our performance calendar! Even in the rain, we have fun performing our dance display routines outside by the famous Forth Bridges in support of Scotland's busiest lifeboat!

Dance Programme 2019

Please find below the programme of routines for the performance on Sunday 30 June 2019. Dancers should arrive by 2.45pm and meet with CSBS staff near the entertainment area. They are scheduled to perform at 3pm and the programme lasts around 25 minutes.

We realise that many student will have other committments, but encourage you to please come and join the fun! The routines will still be performed even with a few class members... You might even end up performing a solo version of the dance!!!

Dress code for performers

Please follow the uniform code for each class:

The performance will go ahead regardless of the weather. You should bring a CSBS hoodie if you have one (and perhaps a dry change of clothes too!). Any props required for each routine will be supplied on the day by CSBS staff. Video and photography is allowed as this is a public event and parents should be aware that photos or video may be shared on social media. CSBS staff will chaperone the children but we do encourage parents to please keep an eye on their own child during the display as it is a busy public event.

The event runs throughout the day with a fun fair, refreshments, rescue display and entertainment, so it's a great family day out!
