ALL dancers are required to attend both the dress rehearsal and the performance.

Carnegie Hall tickets are available from the box office on 013830602302 or online from onfife.com.

Please note that ALL performers must stay backstage throughout the rehearsal and the performance and are not permitted in the auditorium.

A costume list will be posted on each noticeboard along with the hire charges. You can download a copy here once they are prepared. Each student will be given a brown envelope for their costume hire money; please return the brown envelope before the dress rehearsal.

Costumes will be distributed in class from Monday 6 May (Falkirk) or Saturday 1 June (Queensferry) onward, and must be returned after the performance before leaving the theatre.

All girls must have their hair in a tight, neat ballet bun unless your teacher/costume requres otherwise. Female dancers should wear light makeup. Download hair and makeup guidelines

BACKSTAGE: changing rooms and chaperones

Students must change in their allocated changing room. Please label all belongings including shoes and bags.

Volunteer chaperones and CSBS staff are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all the children in their allocated changing area. No other parents are allowed backstage during the performance. Children are dropped into their room before the show and collected from the auditorium after the Finale. Please speak to your class teacher if you wish to remain backstage with your child and not watch the performance. NOTE: Unfortunately, men are not allowed in the communal changing areas.

A professional DVD recording of the show is available to pre-order / purchase from our shop - click here to order the DVD in the shop.

You will be able to view a full gallery of photographs in a password protected gallery online 1 week after the event at Leask Photography. NOTE: All children participating in the show will appear in the DVD and photographs.
