Dazzling performances to end dance displays 2015

Our Grangemouth and Linlithgow branches staged 2 spectacular performances to close our 2015 dance displays.

They performed the final 2 shows of our 2015 dance displays, "Out of this World". In total, we had 5 dress rehearsals and 8 unique performances of the displays involving around 800 dancers!  The response from the audience was wonderful on the final night as they cheered, gasped and even shed a quite few tears! Onstage, many tears were shed as we said goodbye to many students who have been with the school for 13-14 years, including 8 students heading off to begin a career in dance!

The teachers were extremely proud of all the performances and want to thank everyone who volunteered to help run the backstage area for making it all run so smoothly. A special thanks goes out to the parents of the Senior and Majors students who helped backstage throughout the run of shows, and to the former CSBS students who came along to help as chaperones.

Fundraising for the STV Appeal

Many thanks to every who made a donation after the last 2 shows show or bought a raffle ticket; you raised a total of £454.62 for the STV Appeal! Thank you also to the Senior students who volunteered to manage the raffle and charity collections at each show.
