Dancers in our CSBS Elite team have been attending competitions across Scotland over the past few weekends.

We are always delighted (and a little nervous!) to welcome parents of our preschool ballet dancers to view their classes regularly.

Our Spring 2025 Exam Week was our busiest yet, with 709 candidates entered for dance exams over 8 full days of exams with 3 different exams boards!

Four CSBS Elite team members competed at Dance Monarchy and won a haul of trophies for their solos!

Four CSBS dancers were nominated for the IDTA Theatre Awards by the examiners during 2024 dance exams.

CSBS dancer Charlie performed in a select group at the Dance Inspirations UK Tour Grand Finals, and also won a Bronze for his new jazz solo.

We presented over 260 awards in our 2025 end-of-year parents days. We’re very proud of everyone’s performances!

Our 2024 Winter Exam candidates gained excellent results in both their IDTA and RAD dance exams.

We enjoyed a fun week of dancing in pyjamas after our Winter Exam Week 2024!

Our CSBS Elite Team competed at WLDF Winterfest 2024, the first competition for our Junior dancers. They brought hope awards for solos, duos and group routines.

CSBS Elite Team dancers Jill and Charlie won awards at the Dance Inspirations UK Tour Scottish Heat and were also chosen for select judges teams!

The CSBS Winter Exam session 2024 had 160 candidates sitting exams and awards in a range of dance styles and levels.

Thirty young dancers joined our 2024 Project Dance Summer School with 4 intensive days of dance workshops with guest tutors.

Our CSBS Elite Team performed brilliantly at the WLDF World Championships bring home World titles, and a haul of top 10 places!

Our CSBS Elite team had great success at the WLDF Scottish Championships 2024 including 3 championship titles!

Over 220 dancers of all ages from our CSBS Linlithgow branch performed “Enchanted” at both Macrobert Arts Centre and Linlithow Academy

Around 185 dancers from our CSBS Braes branch performed “Enchanted” alongside our Majors students at Macrobert Arts Centre in two fabulous and entertaining shows!

Around 160 dancers from our CSBS Queensferry branch performed “Enchanted” alongside our Majors students at Macrobert Arts Centre in two glittering shows!

We were delighted to present awards to CSBS who demonstrated the most potential in their acrobatics exams in the Spring 2024 session

The 639 candidates in our 2024 Spring exam candidates gained excellent results across the various styles this session!
