Outstanding exam results - Winter 25

We are delighted to have received our Winter session exam results incredibly quickly this session… and even more delighted that they are outstanding overall!

ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE EXAMS

Fifty-one candidates sat RAD ballet exams and were assessed by examiner Miss Kuenan. The results are excellent, and we are very proud of every candidate! Overall, 12 candidates passed their Class Award at Grade 2 , 3 and 5 levels. Another 8 dancers gained their Solo Performance Award at Grades 3-5 levels; 4 candidates gained their Vocational Intermediate exam; and 28 sat their graded exams at Grades 3-6 levels. Overall those graded candidates gained 1 Pass; 7 Merit; 9 High Merit; 15 Distinction; and 6 High Distinctions! Wow… what great results with over 53% of dancers gaining a Distinction!

  • GRADE 3: Amy Taylor 85%; Kara Peterson 80%; Amy Yates 83%; Grace Archer 80%;

  • GRADE 3 SPA: Amy Taylor 83%; Kara Peterson82%; Amy Yates 86%;

  • GRADE 5: Marcus Miller 81%; Charlie Fleming 90%; Holly Goddard 85%; Evie Wilson 81%

  • GRADE 5 SPA: Charlie Fleming 91%; Holly Goddard 87%; Evie Wilson 85%

IDTA ROSETTE AWARDS

Some of our younger dancers sat their Rosette Awards in a video submission. They were filmed with Mrs Clark watching them, and the video was later assessed by a UK examiner. We are very happy to announce that all the children passed their tests!

  • 18 Cream Ballet Rosette (P4)

  • 25 Purple Musical Theatre Rosette (P3-4)

  • 8 Orange Acro Rosette (P2)
