Community Arts awards

Central Scotland Ballet School Director/Principal Mrs Jacqueline Clark, and parent volunteer Fiona Phillips both received Community Arts awards at a recent ceremony at Falkirk Town Hall.

The awards ceremony brought together people from the Arts and Sports community in Falkirk and recognised achievements at local, national and international levels.

Mrs Clark was nominated for her work in promoting Ballet in the local area and service to Central Scotland Ballet School, and also received an award on behalf of Central Scotland Ballet School for the achievements of our dancers throughout 2009.

Fiona was rewarded for her tireless support of Ballet and Central Scotland Ballet School.

They both enjoyed a glittering evening of entertainment and received medals and certificates from Provost Pat Reid, in recognition of their hard work.

Many congratulations and thanks to you both for all your hard work!
