Getting ready to be "Out of This World"
Our students hit the stage for our 2015 dance displays in the next few days!
From the little stars in preschool to the advanced students, our whole school has the opportunity to perform in our annual displays. This year around 800 young dancers will perform in "Out of this World" with a huge variety of routines in ballet, jazz, tap, acrobatics and cheer dance, and wearing almost 2200 costumes!
Each branch of our dance school produces a unique show with them each performing as follows:
- South Queensferry Junior: Alhambra Theatre, Sun. 31 May, 4pm
- Braes Junior: Macrobert, Sat. 6 June 11am
- Braes main branch: Sat 6 June 2pm and 7pm
- South Queensferry main branch: Macrobert, Sun. 7 June 2pm and 7pm
- Grangemouth and Linlithgow branches: Macrobert, Mon. 8 -Tues. 9 June, 7pm
We are especially excited about the 'Little Stars Editions' of 'Out of this World' which will be performed by over 200 preschool-P2 aged children from the South Queensferry and Braes branches. They will be joined onstage by our Majors students and some junior soloists in a shortened dance display. We hope that lots of students will come along to see the little ones, and especially the Majors students, perform.
