Dance Monarchy solo stars

Four of our CSBS Elite Team competed in the Dance Monarchy “Solo Star” competition in Glasgow. They performed lyrical, jazz, ballet and commercial solos with great success! They all gained placings for each of their routines, with dancer Charlie also being selected as one of the “Top Ten” of the day, and also being presented with a special award, “Star of the Future”!

Here is a summary of the results:

LYRICAL SOLOS

  • Charlie (under 14 level 3) - FIRST

  • Rachel (under 16 level 3) - 5th

  • Georgia (under 16 level 3) - 4th

  • Jill (adult level 3) - FIRST

BALLET SOLOS

  • Georgia (under 16 level 3) - 2nd

  • Jill (adult level 3) - FIRST

JAZZ and COMMERICAL SOLOS

  • Charlie (under 14 level 3 jazz) - FIRST

  • Rachel (under 16 level 3 jazz) - 4th

  • Georgia (under 16 level 3 jazz) - 2nd

  • Jill (adult level 3 jazz) - FIRST

  • Charlie (under 14 level 3 commercial) - 2nd

  • Rachel (under 16 level 3 commercial) - FIRST
