Pyjama Week Fun
After our Winter Exam week, we enjoyed a full week of relaxed dance classes… in our pyjamas! In a change to our usual technique and syllabus lessons, our teachers lead the dancers in non-syllabus ballet classes with partner work and choreography. Senior classes also learned classical repertoire alongside their own choreography.
In jazz, the dancers had fun dance games for warm-up and learned fun routines. Younger dancers also got to use a range of props. Tap dancers had fun working on rhythms and learning new sequences based on their syllabus work, and our musical theatre students enjoyed lots of drama and voice games.
In addition to all the fun, it was great to welcome lots of friends and siblings to join in the classes! We hope they enjoyed their dance experience!
