Superb Spring exam results
We had our biggest ever exam session in March 2025 with a total of over 700 candidates sitting exams over 8 full days with 3 different exam boards… and we have now received all the results! Huge congratulations to all our dancers! You can read more about the session here.
ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE BALLET EXAM RESULTS
We had 102 candidates sitting RAD ballet exams across all levels with both filmed and in-person exams. Overall, 32 gained their Class Awards, and 71 passed their graded exams with 2 Merit, 40 High Merit, 26 Distinction, and 2 High Distinction. A special congratulations to those gaining over 80% for their examination:
Primary Grade: Isla Peterson 81%;
Grade 2: Rose Bertile 80%
Grade 6: Ava Green 83%; Rachel Higgins 83%; Georgia Rosenfeld 83%
Grade 6 SPA: Ava Green 91%
Grade 7: Jill Russell 92%
IDTA EXAMS AND AWARDS
Another 460 candidates sat exams and awards in tap, jazz, acro and contemporary with the IDTA. All our 261 rosette award candidates and 151 Stardance Award candidates passed their exams. Overall, the 48 graded exam candidates gained 9 Pass, 18 Merit, and 21 Distinction. A special congratulations to those gaining over 85% for their examination:

BATD ACROBATICS AWARDS
The final day of exams was a full day of acrobatics with 110 candidates sit their exam from First Steps to Premier levels. Overall they gained 7 Commended and 103 Highly Commended (the highest band). There is not a points based marking scheme for these awards, but the reports were excellent!
