We had 260 exam candidates in our remote summer session... 40% of graded ballet exam candidates and all our tap candidates, gained Distinction

We are delighted with the results from our rescheduled Spring exam session. Under difficult circumstances, 36% of graded candidates gained Distinction!

Our Term 1 2020 has been quite unique with 610 lessons online as well as Studios reopening for in-person dance classes in Linlithgow, Grangemouth and South Queensferry.

We had 87 dancers sit a filmed RAD ballet exam after their exam was postponed from March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We had lots of fun and hard work in our 2020 CSBS summer dance programme online with a range of workshops for all ages and abilities

During the lockdown period from April-June, Central Scotland Ballet School hosted almost 400 online dance lessons and events with over 300 dancers of all ages participating in lessons!

We were delighted to welcome back former CSBS students who are now professional dancers to lead masterclass style workshops with our students online during lock down.

Congratulations to the CSBS dancers who will be moving into full-time dance and musical theatre training in Scotland.
