CSBS had a small exam session in the Winter of 2018 with 97 candidates sitting ballet or tap exams. Overall, almost 40% gained Distinction, and everyone passed!

Parents were invited to watch their child's CSBS dance classes over the last week of the year. We also presented around 600 awards for progress and attendance!

Students of Central Scotland Ballet School performed "Remembered" in a WW1 centenary concert organised by Falkirk District Arts and Civic Council.

Five CSBS students took part in the 2018 RAD Junior Awards Day with Ailish being awarded the 'Terry Darke Memorial Cup for Musicality'.

Thirty dancers aged 7-11 joined the CSBS Junior Summer School 2018 and created a short performance with the theme of "China". Great effort from everyone involved!

Project Dance brought 63 young dancers together from across Scotland for 4 days of intensive dance training with an amazing faculty of guest dance tutors.

Ninety little dancers aged 3-6 from the South Queensferry branch of Central Scotland Ballet School staged "Showstoppers" in the Pleasance, Edinburgh.

One hundred and forty little dancers aged 3-7 took to the FTH stage as part of the Tryst Festival in "Wish Upon a Star", a dance display inspired by the magic and wonder of children's fairytales.

Fifty-six young dancers competed in the CSBS Choreography Competition as part of the 2018 Falkirk Tryst Festival.
